Users can input their address, provide a description of the damage, categorize its severity, and upload up to four images for reference.

The data collected is forwarded to the Broward County Emergency Operation Center (EOC), serving as an essential early indicator of significant damage locations. It is important to note that these resident reports are not a substitute for individual assistance requests and do not replace the comprehensive assessments conducted by county evaluation teams on a grid-by-grid basis.
